All of out Consultants have extensive ITIL Service Management practical experience
All of our Consultants are formally Service Management qualified
All candidates are pre-screened by whitmore Solutions prior to the CVs being sent to a Customer, to ensure that they have the skills they state in their CVs
Various Service Management and other best practice methodolgy / framework assessment tests have been developed to determine the candidates strengths, knowledge and skill levels
We maintain an extensive database of Service Management and other related candidates
