ITIL (the IT Information Library) is the global de-facto standard in IT Service Management. It provides a common sense approach to Service Management working practices focused on the delivery of exceptional IT Services to business Customers.
Originally developed in the 1980s by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), with subsequent updates in the 1990s, and most recently with the launch of ITIL Version 3 in 2007.
ITIL is the only consistent and comprehensive public domain framework and documentation relating to IT Service Management best practice. ITIL is not based on any particular technology or organization type, meaning that the best and good practices described can be tailored to suit any organisation, regardless of size or market sector.

Implementation Experience
All of our resources can demonstrate practical ITIL V2 and V3 implementation and support experience across the Service Management lifecycle, not just theoretical knowledge. All have gained practical experience whilst engaged in Operational, Implementation or Consulting roles.
Accredited Resources
We ensure our resources have the appropriate accreditations for the task at hand. Depending on the skill level of the requirement, our resources accreditations range from Foundation Certificate level through to Expert / Consultant level, depending on the requirement and methodology / framework.

This includes Investment and Retail Banking, Insurance, Fund Management, Insurance, Money Broking, Telecoms, Media and Consultancy. We believe that sector experience is essential to the implementation of services.
ITIL Industry Experience
Our Directors and resources are involved with numerous industry bodies including as Group Board members, ITIL examination authors / examiners, published authors, presenters / speakers at industry and public conferences and events. They are also active members of various industry groups run by the itSMF, British Computer Society and the Institute of IT Service Management.

We have developed a number of strategic alliances with partner organisations to enhance our service offerings. These are in specialized fields closely aligned with ITIL allowing us to extend our Service Portfolio.
